Grading brings the crown or cross slope, approaches, turns, shoulders, and low areas into one consistent route. The work should feel right from behind the wheel and move water away from the travel path.

Give Water an Exit

Keep runoff from sitting where the road needs strength

Water that stays on the surface or cuts across an edge can undo otherwise good work. Existing flow paths and outlets are considered as the road takes shape.

Projects that require engineered drainage design call for the appropriate separate expertise.

Make the Correction

Remove what has failed and rebuild what needs support

The work can include removing unsuitable material, adding road material, shaping, compacting, rebuilding edges, and correcting trouble spots tied to the paving work.
