How the Work Moves
From the First Call to the Final Roll
Good road work is easier when everyone knows what comes next. Rafferty Paving starts with the property, walks the work, agrees on what belongs in the job, and keeps the customer informed as the road takes shape.
Sequence at a glance
Each decision prepares the next step
First Conversation
Tell us where the road runs and what needs attention
The road location and the problem you want to solve are enough for the first call. The conversation should be useful, not complicated.
Request a quoteWalk the Work
See the route from entrance to finish
When a site visit is needed, Rafferty Paving looks at the full work area, the rough places, the way vehicles move, and the room available for trucks and equipment.
Put It in Writing
Agree on the work before the crew starts
The proposal identifies the area and the service being discussed, along with preparation, repairs, or staging that belong in the job. Clear limits make for a clear working relationship.
Set the Road Up Right
Clean, repair, shape, and compact
Preparation changes with the service. It may include cleaning, local repair, new material, grading, compaction, edge work, or correction of problem areas.
Pave With Purpose
Follow the sequence the surface requires
Chip seal coordinates binder or emulsion, aggregate, rolling, and sweeping. Asphalt coordinates placement and compaction. Weather can move the work when waiting protects the result.
Know the New Surface
Leave with clear driving and care instructions
Rafferty Paving explains early use, cleanup, and the first things to watch after the crew leaves. Good communication carries the job through the final roll.
