The opportunity

Own the day-to-day execution.

As Rafferty Paving grows, the company needs a trusted operations leader who can take ownership of daily job execution. The foreman helps turn approved work into organized, well-run jobs without requiring the owner to oversee every step all day.

John Rafferty continues handling final estimates, pricing decisions, important site checks, and customer closeout. The foreman owns the field sequence, keeps the moving parts aligned, and gives John clear information when a decision is needed.

Document progress with notes and photographs when appropriate.

Assist with lead qualification, measurements, or estimate preparation after training, while the owner retains final bidding and pricing authority.

  • Ability to organize people, equipment, materials, and timing.
  • Sound judgment when plans or site conditions change.
  • Dependable communication, integrity, and accountability.
