Chip Seal Operations Foreman
Rafferty Paving is looking for a dependable field leader who can keep crews, materials, equipment, and day-to-day road work moving. This is a hands-on operations role for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and cares about doing the job right.
The opportunity
Own the day-to-day execution.
As Rafferty Paving grows, the company needs a trusted operations leader who can take ownership of daily job execution. The foreman helps turn approved work into organized, well-run jobs without requiring the owner to oversee every step all day.
John Rafferty continues handling final estimates, pricing decisions, important site checks, and customer closeout. The foreman owns the field sequence, keeps the moving parts aligned, and gives John clear information when a decision is needed.
