Milling grinds off the damaged top layer. Resurfacing lays a fresh layer on top. They often go together so the new layer bonds properly and lasts longer.
When should I resurface instead of repaving?
If the base is still solid and the damage is mostly on the surface, such as cracking or roughness, resurfacing is usually the smarter, more affordable choice.
How long does milling and resurfacing take?
