Asphalt
Asphalt concrete, most commonly known as blacktop or pavement, is the most common mixture used to surface roads, highways, driveways, parking lots, airport runways, and other common traveling surfaces. This concrete is made by mixing asphalt oil with sand and gravel to form a composite material. It can be seal coated to provide a smooth surface or chip sealed for long-lasting integrity. Asphalt paving is the most versatile concrete surface, and stands the test of time.
Eco-Friendly Chip Seal
Chip seal, sometimes called tar and chip, sprayed seal, or surface dressing, is the best solution for large scale, high-traffic paving projects. Chip seal is perfect for both private and country roads and gets better with use. To create the seal, we layer fine gravel aggregate over asphalt oil and roll it in, creating a durable surface that is practically maintenance-free at a fraction of the cost of asphalt seal coating.

STRIPING
As a parking lot or roadway wears down over time, their painted lines can become faded or disappear completely. That’s where Rafferty comes in again. In addition to our seal coating and chip seal services, we can paint your faded or missing lines to give your parking lot or roadway a fresh feeling that sets a great impression.
SEAL COATING
Seal coat protects your pavement and is ideal to get your cracked driveway back in shape. Like a new layer of paint on the side of your home, a seal coat can make your driveway look like new and creates a smoother surface for everyday activities, allowing you to get more out of its life. Shoot some backyard hoops, teach your kid to ride a bike, or barbecue barefoot on a summer day.
OVERLAY
Sometimes a road is beyond the help of a seal coat and needs more intensive care to get it back in shape. No need to worry, though. We can overlay the existing pavement with a new surface of asphalt or chip seal. This lower cost alternative to full-scale resurfacing, removal and replacement can make your road or driveway look brand new.
